We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please ensure your return is initiated through our portal to guarantee efficient processing and a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to help our team identify your order.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
